Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to help. Because our pieces are hand-finished and often personalised, changes aren’t always possible.

How long will my order take?

All Pebble & Grain pieces are hand-finished to order. Most items are prepared and dispatched within 1–5 working days, depending on how busy we are.

What are your delivery times?

Standard delivery: 1–4 working days
Express delivery: 1–2 working days
Please note: we can’t take responsibility for delays once your parcel is with the carrier.

Do you offer returns?

Items are non-returnable unless faulty. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Can I personalise my order?

Many of our products offer optional personalisation —names, dates, photos or short messages. Please double-check all spellings before ordering. Photo items require clear, bright, high-resolution images. Your image will be reproduced as accurately as possible.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We aim to match product images closely, but natural materials vary
• Pebbles, wood and slate differ in shape, size and colour
• This makes every piece one of a kind

Do you take custom design requests?

Yes —we’re happy to consider custom ideas where possible. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to get in touch.
